Town Centres

The Vale of Glamorgan has a diverse range of shopping centres, each with their own character and offering a wide variety of shopping choices.

A town centre is the 'Heartbeat of the Community', and they must remain vibrant & viable places to meet and shop!

Working with partners, the Council is helping to create the right environment for our town centres to flourish. This approach recognises that the private and community sectors play an important role in securing the investment and usage of town centres, and that the Council has a key enabling role to play in helping create successful town centres.
