Digital Skills Workshops
With tutor support, all learners are able to develop their digital skills at their own level and pace. The workshops run weekly for 2 hours each session. All learners will be accredited with an Agored Cymru qualification and will have the option of taking the ICDL examinations for a further qualification.
Essential Digital Literacy Skills
This is a beginner’s course that will teach you how to use your computer or other digital device. It covers keeping safe online, using the internet, sending and receiving email, how to write a professional looking document or letter, how to organise information using a spreadsheet and how to work with others on a digital project.
Digital Drop-In
Maybe you need help setting up a phone? Or sending an email? You need our Digital Drop-In service. This is one-to-one support to help you in using your digital device. Ring us at Palmerston on 01446 733762 to make an appointment.
