Vale of Glamorgan
The Leader of the Vale of Glamorgan Council has made the following statement.
Cllr Lis Burnett said: “The safety of pupils, staff, and all of those who use our buildings is paramount. Over the last decade, the Council has invested around £240 million in school improvements and new building investment, in addition to routine maintenance. “The Council is reviewing all of its property assets including schools and is working closely with Welsh Government and the Welsh Local Government Association. "Our teams are working hard to compile information requested by Welsh Government in line with the timescales announced previously.”
