Rhoose Point Public Open Space - Introduction of Byelaws

The Council previously published an Initial Written Statement in connection with its proposal to introduce new byelaws regulating swimming, fishing and camping at Rhoose Point public open space.

Second Written Statement

Under the Welsh Government's statutory guidance on Local Government Byelaws (Wales) Act 2012, the Council is now required to publish a Second Written Statement which contains:

a) the initial written statement;
b) a summary of the consultation and the responses; and
c) its decision to introduce byelaws and the reasons for that decision.
