Dinas Powys Open Space and Community Facilities

The Vale of Glamorgan Council has received Section 106 monies from local developments to provide and improve public open spaces and community facilities in Dinas Powys.  

A public consultation was held between 18 March and 13 May 2019 to gather views and ideas from local residents for the redevelopment of the Murchfield play area and other open spaces and community facilities in the area.

A contractor has now been appointed to upgrade the play facilities at Murchfield. See the plans for the new play area below.
