Children of various ages and needs, who are no longer able to live with their birth families need adoption and the early experiences of these children is explored in our regularly held Information Evenings for people interested in adoption. We would be particularly interested to hear from you if you would consider adopting child/children who usually wait longest - those who may have medical and developmental issues or learning difficulties; sibling groups of two or three and children over the age of four years.
Vale, Valleys and Cardiff Adoption Collaborative (VVC) is one of five regional collaboratives which form part of the National Adoption Service in Wales. It serves Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council, Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council, The City of Cardiff Council and the Vale of Glamorgan Council.
