Our cleansing team work hard to keep the pavements safe and clean all year round. But with a lot of ground to cover, they always welcome a little help.
If you can clear leaves or windfall fruit from your road, these can be placed in your garden waste bag.
For those without a paid garden waste subscription, we are offering a free collection service for leaves and windfall on public land.
The service will run from 15 October until 13 December.
To book a free collection, complete the online form:

Please do not book a collection if you already have a garden waste collection subscription.
The crews will only collect leaves and fruit that have fallen on public land under this service.
This will be collected on the same day as your green waste. Use the postcode checker below to find out when your next collection is due.

Please leave your windfall in a bag outside the property address you provided upon booking the collection. Please do not use a black bag.
If you are a community group, or want to plan a larger scale street sweep, please email wwgeneralenquiries@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk to discuss collection arrangements.
Alternatively, fallen leaves and fruit make great organic matter to add to your compost heap.
