Choose a Property

Properties that are available are advertised every week.

  • The adverts open on a Thursday at 8.30am and close the following Wednesday at 5.00pm

  • You can view adverts on the Homes4U webpages
  • You can bid for properties by telephone, in writing, by email, or in person at the office in Barry

Allocating Homes4U Properties

When the advert closes all bids received are checked and verified.

Properties are allocated based on priority banding. Where more than one applicant has the same priority banding the property will be allocated to the person who has the earliest registration date.
