Get ready to do the Time Warp again at Penarth Pier Pavilion!
On Friday 1st November 2024, at 7:30pm, we’re hosting a screening of The Rocky Horror Picture Show, and you’re invited to sing, dance, and strut your stuff in your best Rocky Horror-inspired costumes. Whether you’re a die-hard fan or a first timer, this is an event you won’t want to miss.
We’ve got some creature of the night delights on offer, including Halloween-themed cocktails, popcorn, and Frank-N-Furters (hotdogs, of course) available for purchase. Our bar will be open serving up absolute pleasure all evening long.

Penarth Pier Pavilion is delighted to partner with Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama to bring you fabulous Morning Mini Music sessions. These inspiring live music and movement classes for under-5s are a joy for children and parents alike.
Penarth Pier Pavilion is delighted to welcome Neil Diamond tribute artist Jeff Phillips this November for an evening of classic hits in his well-regarded tribute to the one and only, Neil Diamond!
Jeff has toured much of the UK and performed in Europe with a show that covers many of Diamonds best loved songs. He also toured Wales with Owen Money in 2023 in his “Jukebox Heroes” tour.
The first half will focus on many of the “Diamond classics “. The second half will include a mix of some of Neil Diamond and other famous performers of the 60s and 70s including Elvis, Buddy Holly and many more, with the aim of filling the dance floor!
For this event, the Gallery will be set up cabaret style so if you have any friends who have also booked, and who you would like to be seated with, please let me know and we will do our best to arrange this.

We are delighted to welcome back Kiki Dee and Carmelo Luggeri for this intimate acoustic concert in the beautiful setting of Penarth Pavilion’s art gallery.
For almost two decades, Kiki and Carmelo have been touring their spellbinding acoustic live show across the UK and Europe. Performing in this stripped back fashion allows each of their exceptional talents to shine through and create a wonderful and warm sense of intimacy for the audience.
Join Kiki and Carmelo for an acoustic journey of stories and song which include unique covers of songs by artists such as Kate Bush and Frank Sinatra and of course Kiki’s own hits.
We are delighted to welcome back to Penarth Pavilion, Toni Horne of award winning Lily Pad Florist, for a wonderful evening of festive creativity!
Once again, these fabulous wreathmaking workshops will be taking place in the beautiful Pavilion Gallery, where the evening will start with a warming glass of hot mulled wine and a tasty mince pie!
Toni will provide you with a step-by-step guide to create your own bespoke Christmas wreath using an assortment of seasonal foliage and decorations; a blend of natural and decorative materials, fresh pine, dried flowers, and foliage including berries, cones, dried fruits, and ribbons will be available for you to create your own gorgeous festive wreath. All you need to bring is your imagination!
Penarth Pavilion welcomes the return of the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama Big Band!
This year the Band and guest vocalists will celebrate the music of the First Lady of Jazz, Ella Fitzgerald and the Count Basie Orchestra featuring the original arrangements by Quincy Jones, Sammy Nestico and Neal Hefti.
This concert is part of the RWCMD-in-Residence programme, a series of creative projects from Royal Welsh College musicians and recent graduates, presented in partnership with Penarth Pier Pavilion.
