Induction Tour

Our comprehensive setup program ensures you feel supported and your equipment from day one. Our induction process provides new employees with vital information about the Vale, our values, our work, and key compliance requirements, as well as opportunities to connect with other colleagues and understand roles within the wider context of our work.
