It’s been a while since we last carried out an assessment of staff Welsh language skills, so we're updating our records

We are required by the Welsh Language Standards to carry out an assessment of staff Welsh language skills. This information helps us to plan and promote Welsh language courses and assess current Welsh language capabilities, to ensure we can deliver our services to those who require them in Welsh.

You can also update your Welsh language skills on Fusion. Log in, go to Personal Details, and then select the pencil icon to edit. Please refer to the Welsh Skills Assessment Framework to make sure you are selecting the appropriate skill level for your ability.

If you aren't quite sure on your skill level, you can also look to the Skills Assessment Framework for guidance.
