The way in which you submit timesheets will soon be changing
With the launch of Oracle Fusion, we have new functionality that allows council staff to submit timesheets – this is now known as Timecards in Fusion.
You can access the timecard functionality from a corporate device (e.g., work laptop or phone), via personal devices through Staffnetplus, or via the mobile app.
With effect from the 5th February 2024, all time cards for the majority of Social Services, will have to be submitted through Fusion, no paper sheets will be accepted from the 4th February 2024.
Timecards for VCRS and Care Homes (other than Ty Dewi) will go live from the 4th of March 2024, paper copies will not be accepted from the 3rd March 2024.

For Managers: Please remember to check that time cards submitted in Fusion have not previously been paid using the paper process, Fusion will not apply any checks that these payments have not previously been made.
