It's National Inclusion Week 2023!

National Inclusion Week 2022 is taking place from 25 September to 1 October 2023.

National Inclusion Week is a week dedicated to celebrating inclusion and taking action to create inclusive workplaces. Founded by Inclusive Employers, National Inclusion Week is now in its eleventh year.

It provides us with a great opportunity to think about, learn and identify what we can do to be better human beings to each other.

This year’s theme is #TakeActionMakeImpact

We are asked to take a number of actions this week to make an impact for inclusion. These include taking action to engage and empower staff.

We want you to be engaged in our inclusion work. A great way to do this is by joining and being involved with one of our staff networks.

We would like to invite you to a Network Event on Teams on Tuesday 6 October at 2pm to meet members of the networks and find out more.

We also want you to be empowered to make a difference in your role, team, organisation, and wider life. One way we can help to empower our colleagues is by sharing stories and life experiences of different members of staff.
