Shared Ideas Workshop Opening Next Week

Brought to you by the CCR Challenge Fund, a Challenge-Led community of Practice workshop will give colleagues across Local Authorities an opportunity to discuss service delivery problems.

The session is aimed at Vale of Glamorgan based public and third sector staff members and invites participants to share and discuss ideas and how they can tackle issues together. The workshop will allow colleagues who wouldn’t ordinarily meet on a day-to-day basis, a chance to put their wealth of knowledge to use and share ideas for innovation in a non-judgemental space.

Working through facilitated supportive discussion the workshop aims to provide solutions to these problems and add to the Shared Ideas Bank to aid others grappling with similar challenges.

The first session of this type was held in Monmouthshire and was well received, 10 more visits are planned across Local Authorities within the Cardiff Capital Region soon.
