Join GLAM for Cardiff Pride Parade on June 17 

Thank you to those who attended the GLAM session last week, it was lovely to meet so many of you. We completely understand that individuals were unable to attend due to work commitments, so we thought we would share some of what was discussed yesterday and the details GLAM has planned this month, including the Pride Cymru Parade. 

We have also attached the information presentation which details all of the activities planned for this month and future plans for GLAM.

In addition to joining GLAM, we also want to extend an invitation to participate in the upcoming Pride Cymru Parade on Saturday, 17th of June, in Cardiff.  If you are interested in showing your support and joining the Council in taking part in the parade, please complete the form below and we can keep you informed of the plans for the day.

As some of you may already know, Cowbridge will be hosting a number of Pride events between the 19^th – 25^th June. We are looking for volunteers to help organise Cowbridge Pride events. This is a great way to get involved with Pride events happening in our local community.

Last week, IT also rolled out new GLAM Teams backgrounds. Show your support by changing your Teams background in video settings.

Remember, GLAM is open to everyone, whether you identify as LGBTQ+ or as an ally. We believe that diversity is our strength, and together, we can create positive change.
