The way in which you submit timesheets is changing
Through Oracle Fusion we have new functionality that allows council staff to submit timesheets – this can be found under Time Cards in Oracle Fusion.
Timesheets are used any time you claim overtime, or for any staff who work on a timesheet contract. This functionality is now available on Fusion for Finance and SRS staff and will be rolled out to the rest of the organisation on the following timetable.

You can access the Oracle Fusion time card functionality from a corporate device (e.g. work laptop or phone), via personal devices through Staffnet+, or via the mobile app.

Note for Managers: Please remember to check that time cards submitted in Fusion have not previously been paid using the paper process, Fusion will not apply any checks that these payments have not previously been made.
