Santa’s elves are hard at work

Over the last month we have been accepting present donations and financial contributions for Santa’s Cause.
Thanks to your generosity and the support of Vale businesses, we are delighted to now be in a position to provide every child who otherwise may go without, with a gift this Christmas!
Fuelled by festive tunes and mince pies, colleagues from across the Council have been busy packing gift bags for each child ready for social workers to deliver to families and carers in time for the big day.
We will be packing gifts until Friday 14th so it’s not too late to contribute if you wish – the elves will be welcoming donations in the workshop (formally known as the IT room on the second floor of the Civic Offices) until then.
In true Vale spirit, Santa’s Cause has been a huge collaborative effort, but we have some special shout outs to those colleagues who have gone above and beyond to support the campaign:
