Call for Staff to complete the Annual Canvass

Electoral Commission Your Vote Matters PosterOur Electoral Registration Team have just distributed the latest and final round of communications asking Vale residents to confirm their details for the Electoral register.

The deadline to complete the form is September 11, so we urge all our staff who live in the Vale to do so.

The annual canvass allows the Electoral Registration Department to contact all residential addresses in the Vale to establish if the information we hold is accurate and up to date.

Recently, canvass communication forms were sent out to all residential addresses. If you have received a GREEN form, then there is no further action required (unless the information is incorrect or needs to be updated).

If you have received a PINK form, you MUST respond promptly.

It only takes a few minutes to check or update your household details online.

Please go to www.registersecurely.com/VoG and include names and nationalities of everyone aged 14 or over who is a resident and eligible to register to vote at the address. If there are no eligible residents, please state why. You can amend, add, or delete details of anyone residing at your property.
