One Week Remaining for Social Care Hack Ideas

The first-ever Welsh Social Care Hack is fast-approaching and Life Sciences Hub Wales is looking for people working in the social care sector to sign up.

The aim is to bring the sector together to solve challenges faced by colleagues across social care, academia and industry, focusing on some of the main issues that have faced social care over the years, including dementia, independent living, care delivery and more.

Life Sciences Hub Wales are looking for colleagues to submit a ‘Dragon’s Den’ style pitch centred around a challenge in the industry and ideas on how to solve them. These can be submitted online up until 5 June 2022.

Following this there will be an online event held on Wednesday 8 June from 1pm to 5pm. All interested parties are encouraged to register for this event.

If successful, you will gain access to innovation experts and advice on how to make potential solutions work and be in with the chance of securing up to £20,000 Welsh Government funding.
