All-Wales Analytics Stars

All Wales Analytics Learning Programme Judges AwardSonia Hutchings and Jason Horton have recently won the Judges Award for their work on the All-Wales Analytics Learning Programme

As part of the programme, Sonia and Jason have been working in teams to develop proof of concept solutions to real life user cases proposed by colleagues within Health and Social Care.

They were asked to consider the impact of cost-of-living crisis on our social care workforce and then present their findings to a panel.

Sharon Miller, Operational Manager for Business Intelligence and Service Development, said, “I had the pleasure of attending the presentation and awards event for the All-Wales Analytics Learning Programme 2022. Sonia and Jason’s presentation was excellent, providing thought provoking insight into the challenges facing our care workers.

“I am extremely proud of their achievement and the recognition they have been given and I’m sure other colleagues will want to congratulate them on their success too.”

The work that has been completed as part of this learning programme has raised many questions and with further analysis work could be used to inform future service planning.
