Volunteers needed to test new software
Customer Relations are looking for staff volunteers to help test new online forms before they are launched for members of the public to report issues or make requests.

Preparations are underway to launch the Council’s new Digital Customer Experience system for dealing with customer enquiries. This will be hosted through the Granicus platform, Gov Service.
We want to make sure that we give our customers the best possible experience of accessing our services.
We are looking for volunteers to help us test the online reporting or request process, before it goes live to members of the public.
We aren’t looking for any special skills or knowledge, just some enthusiasm for improving our services and a little of your time.
