Your Wellbeing Eich Iechyd Survey 

Following on from the survey undertaken in June 2020, we are asking all staff from across the Council to undertake the following survey which focuses on Your Wellbeing/Eich Iechyd and how you feel you have been impacted during the pandemic.

We would like to use the survey results to inform the next steps of our wellbeing programme, to consider our future ways of working and to ensure we continue to support you as we continue to navigate the challenges ahead. 

Please note, for those staff who are not front facing the current instruction to Council staff, in line with Welsh Government Guidance is that they must continue to work at home if they can. 

Staff who want to work in Council office spaces should discuss this with their line manager and must complete a risk assessment. We do understand there will be circumstances where working from home is not possible and we would look to support all our staff members where that is the case. Information on this can be found on the Coronavirus Advice page on Staffnet+. 

We would like to continue to thank you for all your efforts and contribution over the last year - you should all be proud of what we have achieved as an organisation.
