Have your say - staff wellbeing survey

The staff wellbeing survey will run from 11 - 26 June, all staff are encouraged to respond.

Thursday 11 June, 2020

One of our top priorities as a Council is to ensure that our employees feel they are supported in the situation we all currently find ourselves in.

The aim of the COVID-19 Wellbeing Survey is to allow you the opportunity to provide feedback about how well we, as an employer, are supporting you and your wellbeing.

It is hoped that the feedback will also provide information that will help inform our future engagement and communication activity.

The survey covers:

  • health and wellbeing;

  • senior leadership;

  • line manager support;

  • communication; and

  • working conditions.

Although information about your service area is included in the survey, the responses will be kept anonymous.

The information received will be vital in helping us plan for the future. The actions we take to support staff during the recovery phase will be directly informed by this survey.

Please respond by clicking on the link below.
