Timecards and Timesheets 

The way in which you submit your timesheets is changing

Through Oracle Fusion, we have new functionality that allows council staff to submit timesheets – this can be found under Time Cards in Oracle Fusion.

You can access the time card functionality from a corporate device (e.g. work laptop or phone), via personal devices through Staffnet+, or via the mobile app.

With effect from 1 November 2023, all time cards for colleagues in Learning and Skills, including schools, will have to be submitted through Fusion.

For Managers: Please remember to check that time cards submitted in Fusion have not previously been paid using the paper process, Fusion will not apply any checks that these payments have not previously been made.
