Microsoft Teams Phones training and Q&A workshops 

As part of the transfer to Microsoft Teams Phones, the digital project team would like to invite you to training/Q&A workshops to be held this week in the Civic Offices, Dock Office and the Alps. You can attend these sessions either in-person or online.

We thought it would be useful for you to attend as a group to share support and advice with your colleagues and also for us to share practical advice with you in a relaxed and informal way. Ahead of this, you can now access training materials and learn more about the new features of Microsoft Teams Phone on Staffnet.

Drop-in sessions will run every 30 minutes from the start time, you are welcome to attend any session of your choice. Please see below session details and links to online meetings.

Alps
