A New Digital Meeting Room Booking System is Coming Soon! 

A new digital room booking system for the Civic Offices will be available to all staff from Friday 07 Februrary 2025. 

The new room finder feature in Outlook and room booking app in Teams are designed to make room bookings faster and easier than ever before. 

Here’s what you can look forward to: 

Find the right room for your meeting 

The new system will allow you to filter rooms by location, capacity, and floor, helping you identify the best space for your meeting with a just a few clicks. 

Once you have identified the right room for your meeting, you can view its availability in real-time and make your booking there and then. 

Integration with Teams and Outlook 

The new room booking system is fully integrated with Microsoft Teams and Outlook, so your bookings will sync with your calendar. Whether you’re scheduling a new meeting or updating an existing one, everything will be automatically updated across both platforms. 

If you have existing room bookings in Outlook, these will be carried over to the new system.  

Streamlined Booking Process 

With a user-friendly interface booking a room will be simple and quick!

While the new system will only facilitate bookings for the Civic offices initially, we will be rolling it out to other venues soon.
