Sickness and RTW – All Managers to hold onto sickness returns from today and then direct input onto Fusion from April 3rd.
All sickness related documentation - including forms that would normally be submitted from today should be retained and then directly entered onto the new Oracle Fusion system by Managers from go-live Monday 3rd April.
Please note that any documentation relating to Sickness (e.g., Day 1 forms, Day 4 forms, Return to Work Forms, Fit Notes) that has been submitted to the Payroll team after 5pm Tuesday 21st March will not be processed using the current system. All forms will be returned to users for direct submission via Oracle Fusion
Once the new system is live in April, all staff will be able to submit sickness information using the new Oracle Fusion platform. Sickness submissions will be processed digitally from this date onwards.
