Oracle Fusion: Changes to Payroll Deadline
The way in which all staff access information about their personal details, pay, and much more will soon be changing.
We’ve recently announced a number of upcoming changes due to the replacement of the Oracle system with Oracle Fusion, coming on 1 April 2023.
Below we have some important information regarding contract changes for employees on a monthly payroll and new starters as well as information regarding submitting timesheets.
Contract Changes & New Starters
Due to the upgrade to Fusion, please can all contract changes for employees on monthly payroll be submitted by Friday 17th March 2022 at noon.
This includes changes such as:
- Change in hours
- Extension of contracts
- Leavers
For New Starters, please can start dates be processed as soon as possible in line with the above deadline via the e-recruit system to assist the implementation.
Timesheets
For timesheets, please can they be submitted by Monday 27 March 2022 at noon.
This is a few days earlier than normal but does not affect the number of weeks of weekly timesheets being paid in April.
Monthly timesheets should be submitted by this date and anything worked between 27-31 March should be detailed on your April timesheet.
