NJC Single Status / Soulbury Annual Leave Update – 1st April 2023 onwards

Annual leave will increase by 1 day for NJC Single Status staff and Soulbury from 1st April 2023 as per the agreed NJC pay award*.

(*note – pay award for Soulbury has not been agreed as yet but will mirror NJC in relation to leave)

Impartant points:

  • For those working less than 52 weeks, please note that pay will be updated in the April payroll
  • The annual leave calculator has been updated on StaffNet for calculating leave entitlement - Calculator  
  • Annual Leave recording will be available in Oracle Fusion for those working 52 weeks a year
  • For Birthday to Birthday, you will need to pro-rata the additional 1 day e.g.

 

Pro rata in days: 1 days leave ¸ 12 months (full year) = 0.083 days leave per month
