Are we an LGBTQ+ Inclusive Employer?

We’re taking part in the Stonewall Staff Feedback Questionnaire to learn your thoughts on inclusivity in the Council.

Please complete the survey  by 25 November to share your views. As a Stonewall Diversity Champion, we want to make sure that everyone can be themselves at work, irrespective of their sexual orientation or gender identity.

If you want to help make the Vale of Glamorgan Council a place where lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and other groups of sexual and gender minorities (LGBTQ+) staff can be themselves and achieve their potential, you could also consider joining the Council’s LGBTQ+ and Allies Network, GLAM.

GLAM works to:

• Have a positive impact for LGBT+ colleagues in the workplace.
• Raise overall awareness and visibility of its work.
• Provide a social and supportive environment.
