Are we an LGBTQ+ Inclusive Employer?

We are taking part in the Stonewall Staff Feedback Questionnaire so that we can find out what you think about how inclusive the Council is for LGBTQ+ people in work.

As a Stonewall Diversity Champion, we want to make sure that everyone can be themselves at work, irrespective of their sexual orientation or gender identity.  By completing the survey, you’ll help us to see how we are doing and what we need to focus on next. 

All the information you provide is anonymous and completely confidential; it is not possible for individuals to be identified through their survey responses.

If you want to help make this a place where lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and other groups of sexual and gender minorities (LGBTQ+) staff can be themselves and achieve their potential, think about joining the Council’s LGBTQ+ and Allies Network, GLAM.

GLAM works to:

• have a positive impact for LGBT+ colleagues in the workplace;
• raise overall awareness and visibility of its work; and
• provide a social and supportive environment.
