A reminder of the process if you want to raise a query or place an order with ICT Procurement:
- Can you please raise your order using the ICT Procurement order form - your order may not be actioned if it’s not on the ICT procurement order form
- Please email the order form to the ICT Procurement mailbox: ICTProcurement@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk
- Make sure you have included all of the relevant information on the order form; i.e. cost code, order specifics, etc.
- Please don’t submit an order half complete; if you need more information or authorisation please get all of that first, then submit the order.
- There is no need to c.c. the order to individual CBS/ICT Procurement Team members
- If you are raising a query prior to placing an order please email it to the ICT Procurement mailbox
- Please don’t email orders or queries directly to Team members; if you do we may not be able to action them
